Release of Liability Agreement

This Release of Liability Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Matchmaking For Men (“Company”) and the individual registering in the Matchmaking For Men database (“Registrant”). By registering and accepting these terms, the Registrant acknowledges and agrees that participation is voluntary and for the purpose of potentially being introduced to compatible individuals through Matchmaking For Men’s services. Registration may be complimentary or paid depending on the offering. Matchmaking For Men may collect, review, organize, and share select profile information including first name, photos, biography, professional summary, interests, and other non-sensitive details with approved individuals or clients solely for matchmaking purposes but will not intentionally disclose sensitive personal information such as contact information, financial information, government identification information, or other protected information except as authorized or required by law. The Registrant understands and accepts that information shared for introductions may be copied, retained, redistributed, or disclosed by third parties and waives claims against Matchmaking For Men relating to such third-party actions. Matchmaking For Men’s database, matching process, and methodology are proprietary and participation does not create any employment, agency, fiduciary, or partnership relationship. Matchmaking For Men may accept, decline, suspend, remove, or discontinue participation or introductions at its sole discretion. The Registrant acknowledges that Matchmaking For Men does not conduct and is not obligated to conduct identity verification, criminal background checks, employment verification, financial verification, educational verification, reference checks, or investigations of participants unless expressly stated in writing and makes no representations regarding the identity, character, intentions, safety, relationship status, background, availability, suitability, conduct, or compatibility of any participant. The Registrant is solely responsible for exercising judgment, independently verifying information, and taking appropriate precautions before and during any communication, meeting, date, or interaction. Any introductions, communications, meetings, events, transportation arrangements, dating experiences, relationships, or outcomes occurring before, during, or after participation are solely between the involved individuals and occur at the Registrant’s own risk. Matchmaking For Men does not supervise, monitor, control, guarantee, or assume responsibility for participant conduct and has no obligation to intervene in disputes or continue services following an introduction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Registrant releases, waives, and agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Matchmaking For Men and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, injuries, emotional distress, property damage, disputes, judgments, costs, expenses, and attorneys’ fees arising out of or relating to participation in the services, introductions, communications, meetings, dating experiences, relationships, participant conduct, unauthorized disclosure of information by third parties, or use of the services. In no event shall Matchmaking For Men be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or exemplary damages and any direct liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Registrant to Matchmaking For Men, if any. Matchmaking For Men provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding compatibility, suitability, safety, availability, relationship outcomes, or success and does not guarantee introductions, dates, responses, relationships, or any particular result. Matchmaking For Men intends to handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws where required. If any provision of this Agreement is determined unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. By accepting this Agreement, the Registrant confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and assume full responsibility for participation and decisions resulting from use of the services.
